I knew I wanted to become a caregiver when I was younger because growing up my mom ran a in home daycare but then when my parents got a divorce she had to close it. As time went On I helped my mom babysit and then I eventually started babysitting on my own. Then when I turned 16 I was old enough to be an assistant at an in home daycare after school and over the summer. So I've had lots of experience and that's how I came to the conclusion I love working with kids. I eventually want to run my own in home daycare.
