I formerly ran a not-for-profit organization, through which I had the privilege of getting to know hundreds of amazing children. I worked with children in a volunteer capacity for years and previously worked as a tutor. During my time working with children, I was known for really connecting and developing amazing relationships with children, as well as creating an environment that was welcoming, fun, and really helped prepare children for the lives they wanted to lead. From the perspective of some of the children I've worked with, I have been told that children really enjoy my company because I "don't treat them like little kids," because I "just care and don't expect anything in return," and because of my creativity.
