My name is Sylwia Puchalski and I am a full time student at Chamberlain College of Nursing in Addison, IL. I am 25 years old and live in Rolling Meadows with my husband and our dog Buddy. We do not have children of our own yet because I want to finish my school first. I have a current CPR certification and have babysat when I was in high school. I currently work part time in an outpatient surgical center in Des Plaines as a Surgical Assistant, and I have been with them for 6 years. I also worked for Loyala Hospital in Maywood as an Anesthesia Technician on the Surgical Floor. I had to leave when I was accepted into the Nursing program last May 2012.
