I'm currently looking for a summer job as a sitter. I've been babysitting off and on since I was around thirteen years old for several families in my area with children ranging from toddlers to around 10 years old. I have experience working with kids outside of sitting as a basketball and softball coach for 5th and 6th grade girls and as a camp counselor in the past. Next year, I've been selected to be a resident assistant at my college, and while this doesn't involve working with children, it does speak to my ability to be responsible, helpful, and act as a positive role model for younger students with their transition to college. I'm also a certified lifeguard which includes AED use, CPR, and first aid training. I love kids, and I would love the opportunity to be able to spend my summer caring for them.
