Hi! Most of my friends and family call me Angie. I am a 24 year old female currently in the process of applying to medical school. I graduated from Carthage College with a degree in Biology and am currently taking a couple courses at Northwestern University. I played volleyball as a collegiate athlete and have continued my involvement with volleyball as a volunteer coach, head coach at Skyline Volleyball Club, and just playing for fun with friends. I currently work in the emergency department as a medical scribe assisting physicians with their documentation enabling them to spend more time at the bedside with their patients. My babysitting experience consists of assisting my parents in raising my sister who is 10 years younger than myself and babysitting for a number of neighborhood kids. Additional experience with children includes working at Game On! Sports Camp 4 Girls as director of volleyball teaching Read more young girls, ages ranging from kindergarten through 8th grade, the sport in a safe and comfortable environment. Through weekly age appropriate "challenges" they learned the ideas of: spirit, friendly competition, overcoming adversity, teamwork, and leadership.
