Hello! My name is Jessica. I am 18 years old, bilingual (spanish), hard working and I am a little shy at first. I love being crafty and planning things as events or activities. I am currently attending College Of Lake County and I attend school Mo-We 9am-4pm and Friday 9am-11am. I live with my hard working mother and my little sister. My mother started working 2 jobs when I was 12. At the age of 12 I was cooking, cleaning, doing laundry and taking care of my sister. I started Volunteering at Cool Learning Experience in 2010-2012. At CLE my duties consisted of organizing activities, organizing papers, making snacks for the kids, watching the kids, reading to little kids and helping the kids with their activities. I was in my church choir for about 4 years, where I played the mandolin. During my 4 years in high school I was Read more a member of Sister to sister. In sister to sister we volunteered at a school for 2 years, my job was to play with the kids in the gym. We also went to Minnesota 3 times and there we volunteered twice packing books for Africa. Once we volunteered at a nursing home for elderly people with mental illnesses. I have work experience in a cleaning company, my job was to clean bathrooms, dust, mop, vacuum and clean windows. I have baby-sitted plenty of times and the ages range from month old babies to older kids. I once took care of a family the baby was 8 months, a 2 year old and the oldest was 6.
