My most recent experience of caring for children was in the role of Inclusion Facilitator for United Cerebral Palsy in Madison, Wisconsin. In this job, I worked with individual kids with disabilities, helping them immerse themselves into the community and socialize with peers. Activities that we would do with these individuals with disabilities included volunteering, arts and crafts, and exploring the greater Madison area. Additionally, I worked with individuals with Autism, providing one-on-one ABA therapy. This was at Wisconsin Early Autism Project in Madison, Wisconsin and therapy sessions were three to four hours. Moreover, I have past experiences with babysitting when I was younger and volunteering in a first grade classroom. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I am also a certified professional rescuer in CPR/AED/First Aid. My background in Kinesiology has made me passionate about advocating for getting kids active.
