I work full-time for a parenting magazine, and although I am not yet a parent myself, it is something I hope to be someday. I have always loved children and have been involved in taking care of them from a relatively young age. When I was about 13, I began as a mother's helper and then transitioned into babysitting independently. I even worked as a nanny for 3 months after I completed the coursework for my Master's degree.
