Meet Jessica

Hi there! I'm Jess. I just moved to Boulder a few months ago to finish my degree at Naropa University, where I am studying Religious Studies. I have been a yoga, meditation, and movement teacher for the last seven years, and throughout that time have had the privilege to travel all over the world to sit with teachers and students who have taught and given me so much. I am originally from Chicago, however, once the pandemic hit I moved to San Diego where I nannied with a family during my time there. I love working with kids, being creative, moving and grooving, and implementing experiential and hands-on learning to encourage autonomy and self-awareness within children (and adults) that I work with. Some of my favorite things to do with kids are arts and crafts, body awareness practices, dancing, building things, creating stories, and reading books to each other.
