Hi I've been providing childcare for over 40 years. I have two adult children. I provide all types of child care including sick care caring for children that are disabled children that have ADHD or Autism or other special needs. I specialize in overnight and vacation care. When providing childcare for a single night I like to play games and do age appropriate activities. For children that are ill I try to have them rest and play games or read to them depending on her age. I have a lot of experience with providing overnight care I had one family that had two boys and the father went to Greece on a vacation and I provided all care for 2 weeks. I got the boys up made them breakfast make sure they had lunch make sure they got on the bus in time. When they get home from school we Read more did homework we went out sometimes I made dinner on the weekends we did activities. Another family eye care for had four children ages 2 years old to 16 years old. I got all the children up in the morning made breakfast make sure they caught the bus drove the two-year-old too many activities including ballet gymnastics. When the older children got home from school we did activities such as football practice and gymnastics and cheerleading after the activities were over we came home had dinner we got homework done made sure everyone took showers and they went to bed. I was there anywhere from 2 days to 10 days at a time from October until April. Another family I cared for 13 year old teenage boy who I cared for until he turned eighteen I would go every three months for anywhere from 2 to 7 days. I stayed there I got them up in the morning for school got them breakfast got him on the bus. When he came home from school we did homework hung out and make sure we got to bed on time. The latest Family I Care for has a 10 year old daughter and they're going anywhere between 6 to 10 days a month and I provide all care when they're gone. I also provide as needed care for a family with a set of twins that are six years old and I care for them when the parents go out at night or when they went away for one night to watch a Bears game. These are just some of the family's I care for.

Margaret is timely, and flexible with days/dates. She is active with the boys, and they have fun with her. She handles meals and clean up, which is nice not to have to come home to.

Margaret was able to help us out at the last minute when our regular sitter cancelled. She was on time, brought games for our kids to play, and did an excellent job with them. On top of that, she cleaned our house after the kids went to bed! I would be happy for her to sit for us again and would refer her as well.
