I am a baby-sitter looking to help families with date nights, one time, and occasional babysitting. I am fun, loving, caring, responsible, and very attentive. I love the aspect of teaching and being around children. I, also, love the aspect of doing fun activities with children and bringing joy and excitement to children. I have babysat children for many families since I was around 12-years-old. When going to school at Batavia High School, I took three early childhood courses. The first course was Child Development, an intro to early childhood. The second course was Child Care Lab, a hands-on experience with children. I was an on-campus teacher in Batavia High School's Pre-School by developing lesson plans in various types of subjects, as well as caring for the children. The other half of the class I had spent in a nursery facility, off-campus, where I was a teacher's assistant helping with Read more activities and spending one-on-one time with each child. The third course was Early Childhood ll and that was an everyday, off-campus course at Small World Learning Center in Kaneland High School. I developed in-depth play and learning based lesson plans for children ages infant to two-years-old. I spent one-on-one time with each child, taking care of their well-being, accessing their needs, as well as offering them a fun, learning environment. This course was an everyday course that I spent my whole senior year doing, following graduating Batavia High School in 2013. I now attend Aurora University working towards a Bachelor degree in Social Work.
