Hi! My name is Makayla Waszak. I am almost 20 years old, I go to school at Illinois State University and am working towards becoming an Elementary School teacher! I have had lots of experience with kids between my 1 and 3 year old niece and nephew, working with kids at an after school program called Kids Connection helping with homework or playing games while their parents were at work, and just babysitting around the my neighborhood in general. I have also been a lifeguard at Grande Reserve in Yorkville for the past 4 summers, so I would be very confident taking children to the pool/park/etc. I have a very flexible schedule this summer as I will be home from the beginning of May until the end of August.
