I grew up very young at age 14 helping out my cousin who has had multiple health issues such as heart surgeries, cancer treatments, pacemaker replacements and so many other health wise conditions. I have grown up helping her raise her children who are also my god children. There are three boys Dylan, Justin, and Tyler ages 13 soon to be 14 in September and my god daughter Kaitlyn just turned 18 and will soon be graduating high school with a full scholarship with my help and her mother's help. I also am apart of their PTOG (parent teacher organization group) since I was 16 years old. I also worked at a local elementary school near my home for multiple years as a teacher's aide, and also a lunchroom supervisor. Back in 2000 I worked as a Junior Day Camp Counselor at a Girl Scout camp, helping young girls earn Read more badges in the community by doing supervised volunteer work for local businesses and teaching them how to better themselves when going through the scouts program. Back in 2013 I took a group of 17 students down to Springfield to the state capitol building as an intern for a company called The Center For Independent Living that helps children, teens, and adults with mild go severe disabilities and teach them how to live successfully and also independently in all communities. I took them for a community leadership program trip to sit in on a government meeting of their senators and representatives to come together to create two laws they would get to see passed in a state legislative meeting and also they got to go on a tour of the city and stay within a group with a set amount of money they were given by the center and myself as a way to give them a chance to be independent and grow as not only teens, but adults.
