I have approximately 2 years of professional childcare experience the majority of which I in early education at Bright Horizons and Head Start. I have cared for children between the ages of infant to 9 years-old, hours including overnight, and providing after school care. I exclusively worked with toddlers and kindergartners at a daycare center 2014- May 2016. I rapidly gained knowledge of child development there through my promotion to lead preschool teacher as well as through extensive training and workshops. My responsibilities beyond basic childcare included child related cleaning and organization, light housekeeping, meal prep, prepping and chauffeuring the children to and from school and appointments, potty training and generally just making the best out of every day. I am currently furthering my education in Elementary Education with a dual license in Special education at IUPUI where I will graduate in the spring of 2017
