During college, I was an in-home nanny for two years with a family in Fairfield with 3 children. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life and even though I am a high school teacher now, I still miss it a great deal. During my time with that family, I was very skilled at communicating, setting expectations, building rapport with the kids, and having a fun time! I have babysat for many other families, but nannying for those two years is by far the most significant past experience I have. I am trying to babysit children more outside of school hours to fulfill this passion. I am CPR certified and have a B.S. in Chemistry and Master's in Secondary Education.
