I am 23 years old and just graduated from IUPUI, I am planning to pursue my Master's degree in Education. I am the oldest of 3 children and have always had a passion for kids. I come from a very structured home and believe that it is important to have a balance between structure and flexibility. I am very dedicated to my studies which means that staying on top of your child's studies will be priority. Along with that I understand the fine line between being a friend and being responsible; as much as I would love to build a bond with the kids I babysit I understand that my responsibility first is their safety and keeping to the rules of the house.
