I'm Katie and I graduated from Butler University this past May with a bachelor's in Elementary Education and minoring in Mild Intervention. I've been a babysitter all throughout high school and college and had an amazing nannying experience this past summer with two great girls. I've also been involved in programs such as College Mentors for Kids, with which I was responsible for a large group of third graders and their college mentors. I've explored options outside of teaching or childcare but always come back to working with and taking care of kids. Ever since I was in fifth grade I knew I wanted to be a teacher or to somehow be involved in the childcare industry. I feel I'm unique as a nanny because I can take charge and be serious when necessary but I always love having fun and playing with the children I care for!
