As far as experience and training goes I have two children of my own ages six and four. My mother cares for them during the day now that she is here from my home country of India. This has given me the opportunity to work during the day while someone is with them. I was their primary caregiver until her arrival here in the United States about two months ago. I believe being a mother myself has giving me as much training and experience as I need. I also believe that it proves that I am qualified.
