Growing up with working parents meant that I spent a lot of time in day care around other children so I got exposed to child care at a young age. Because of this, I found a love in taking care of children of any age. I took a safe sitter course in December of 2012 where I received first aid training and CPR certification. During the summer I work as a volunteer camp counselor at Dellwood Girl Scout Camp. I know lots of crafts, games, and other creative ways to keep children entertained. I also have experience as a tutor, specifically for children with special needs so I am able to help with school work as well. Maintaining a positive attitude is one of my primary goals when caring for children.
