Not sure what to say but we set up meeting and interview and she didn't show, nor respond to calls or texts. i suspect she was upset from telephone interview that we would not be comfortable with our 11 month old daughter in a home with a dog, especially one that wasn't around children all the time. (She stated she had no children and the phone interview went well otherwise.) If she wasn't interested in the job at any point, then the adult and professional thing to do would be to let us know. Felt very underwhelmed by this candidate and her no show. She may be a better fit for someone else but seemingly there are some red flags here.
