I've wanted to be a mother with a large family (four to eight children) since early childhood. I started babysitting for families around me in early teen years and it became my primary job after graduating high-school. The kids I've nannied for have ranged in age from six weeks to early teens, and have included a set of twins and a set of triplets. I especially like caring for babies and multiples. I've worked in childcare part-time for seven or eight years and full time for the last five. I've also taught dance for ten years, instructing students from three years old all the way through adulthood. My CPR certification is current, and I have also passed the schooling, fingerprinting, and background checks to become certified as a massage therapist in the state of Colorado. In addition to watching children, I enjoy reading, drawing, singing, ballet, and sewing, and happily teach those skills to any child that expresses interest. In the past I have been in charge of making lunches, occasional meal planning and starting suppers, straightening up the house after playtime, and kitchen clean-up along with the usual tasks of playing, watching, and guiding little feet as they grow.
