I have cared for neighbors, relatives, and siblings, ages 1-12 years as a paid job since I was 15 years old. The majority of my experience (at least 10 hr/week) has been with a now 12-year-old special needs child, including chaperoning for him on class field trips and events. I am CPR certified as of May 26, 2016 through the American Red Cross. I have taken classes on child development and psychology. My upcoming school schedule, starting August 23rd, will be from 9 or 11 am until 2:30 or 2:45 pm daily. If you need me before that some days, I can work with my professors to leave a little early, they are typically understanding of students who work full time. I have worked for the University's reslife office as a resident assistant since January 2015, and have received crisis training through that job.
