While I've never gotten an actual sitting job, unfortunately, I've always liked kids and been very interested in caring for them, from a young age. The Baby-Sitters Club series inspired me to start a baby-sitting club (though, sadly, that never worked out)! My relatives have praised my ways of playing with and handling younger cousins of mine. I'm significantly older than my brother, and often had to watch him every weekend while our mom worked. While I'm not sure how I'd do as a professional educator, I've always been interested in helping kids with their schoolwork- English particularly. Myself? I'm pretty quiet and very reserved, but can get engaged in conversation easily once I open up. I enjoy reading, movies, arm knitting, blogging and finding new places to explore in the city or nature.
