I have lots of experience babysitting children in my town as I was growing up. I have a sister with Down Syndrome, so I have been heavily involved in assisting athletes in the Special Olympics for 6 years now. I did university-required practicum hours in an elementary school, working with children struggling with emotional and behavioral difficulties. I am a Senior at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana and will be graduating in April 2015. I am in the progress of getting certified in Child Life. I am looking for a part-time job for the summer while I also receive certification hours volunteering in a hospital.
