Hello, I am Kierria Matthews, and I have a passion for teaching and child caring! I have been a babysitter and nanny for over 14 years, and I have worked with a variety of families. I also have three years of teaching experience from grades Pre-K through 2nd grade, and I'm a certified ESL/Early Childhood-6th grade Texas teacher. Most have been families with one child or two children, but I am able to handle up to five children at once. I am comfortable with newborn babies (preferably two months and older), toddlers, and children from ages 3 through 11. I am also available to overnight sit, if need be. I have worked as a student and adult leader in two youth groups, a group leader and intern for Vacation Bible School multiple times, and have taught Sunday school classes for children on occasion. I came back to the U.S. after living in Korea for two years Read more in 2011, but I am not fluent in Korean. However, I do have a basic understanding of the language. I love to read, do arts and crafts, play board games, or play outside with the children I care for. Children are allowed to watch T.V. only with permission of the parents.
