Hi, I'm Anna Karro. Regarding schooling, I earned my A.A. from Cottey College and my B.A. from UMKC. Though I did not earn my degrees in Education, most of my background is in it. Child experience: I have worked in several childcare institutions. I have also nannied. Childcare: I have worked as Floater, and Assistant. My longest nanny period was about three summers, for the Navrat family. My longest period of employment (and pretty recent), was at Little Sunshine's Playhouse and Preschool, in Overland Park. I was there just over a year. During my time in daycare, one of my favorite parts has been informally (--individually, one-on-one--) teaching the students. It's so sweet, and beautiful, to encourage them, and make them feel good. The time when I most felt this way was in the Pre-K room at Little Sunshine's, helping with workbooks. I am about to start in-service Read more as a Paraprofessional at Overland Park Elementary, come August 14th. I just ended my time at Kiddi Kollege, in Overland Park ("Shawnee Mission," on Google.) Certifications: I am trained in First Aid--CPR. Pay: 12-15. Availability: Saturday nights, ending as close to 11 as possible. (I understand emergencies occur.)
