I have been watching kids since I was about 11 or 12 years old. My last two years of high school, I worked daily in the aftercare program for The Rise School of Denver, a preschool and daycare for children from only months old to about 5/6 years of age. More than 50% of the students at The Rise School have special needs or disabilities, so I am completely comfortable watching children with special needs as well. The last two summers I was home in CO, I spent nannying 3 girls Mon.-Fri. from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. I have no issues watching your children's friends for playdates, taking them to/from appointments, school, etc. I have my own car and am currently a sophomore at the University of Kansas double-majoring in Unified Early Elementary Education and Occupational Therapy and am willing to be as flexible with my schedule as I Read more can to accommodate you and your family. I have watched all different ages, and am comfortable with any age. I am CPR certified, very patient, extremely outgoing, energetic, dependable, and am great with kids. I have no issue making sure the kids follow parent's rules, but am by no means too strict or mean. I am completely fine with either a nanny job, or just as a babysitter whenever needed!
