I became a caregiver at a young age once I found out I had a passion for children. It started off with watching my younger cousins and my two brothers. I loved it so much. At around 15 years old, I decided that my major would be Nursing. At 17 years old, I received my CNA from Wichita Area Technical College. I worked at a caregiving facility for the elderly for about a month, I realized that's not the age group I wanted to work with even though I love them also. I have plans of becoming a Labor and Delivery Nurse after receiving my BSN from KU. I look forward to speaking with you all!
