- Comfortable with pets
I love kids and have worked and volunteered with special needs for the last 6 years. I'm in graduate school majoring in social work. I have babysat my six year old autistic cousin Grace when needed since she was a toddler and feel very comfortable working with special needs children. Last year I interned as a school social worker and after-school program leader (drama and fine arts class) with elementary age children. I have little experience with young infants and prefer working with school-age children. Since I am in graduate school, I am not available full-time but more as an after school or weekend helper. UPDATED: I am highly cautious about COVID and will be getting tested and vaccinated as available.
