I have twenty years of solid experience working with children ranging from 6 months to 12 years old. I started caring for children at 14 years old as the regular subdivision sitter. After college, I taught preschool, kindergarten, second, and third grade. I recently obtained a creative drama degree while substitute teaching in Chicago and La Grange. My former familys' might say I was very enthusiastic about their children(making childrens books with pasted photos of their kids inside, directing little plays with their children and videotaping for the family) and brought my artistic and teacher side to the job ( did themed crafts of the week, sewed pillows, wrote letters to grandmas and cousins, had special numbers, letters, spanish or french words of the day). I am a child at heart which makes babysitting, nannying, teaching, and directing very natural and life giving for me.
