Hi, I am Lindsey and live in west Wichita! I currently have a Bachelor's degree in Biology and am returning to school in the fall to finish some prerequisites to obtain my Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. I absolutely love working with children and have been substitute teaching for the last 6 months since leaving a full-time position due to scheduling conflicts with my family. My school schedule will be very flexible the next 2 years. I have worked at two child care centers for a total of 3 years, caring for children between 6 weeks and 7 years of age. One of these centers was designed to especially include care for children with special needs, including: emotional, intellectual, and physical disabilities. I also worked in the past for a mental health center, providing after-school care for children with Asperger's syndrome, Autism, ADD, and Psychological illnesses.
