Hello! My name is Savannah, and I am a college student at Loyola Marymount University as a biology major, psychology minor. I will be in Wichita for the summer and I would love to be a nanny. I absolutely love kids and have a lot of experience with them; I have worked with special needs kids, toddlers, newborns, and teenagers. I worked at Newspring church daycare for 3 years with 5 and 6 year olds. I have also been a nanny for two families for over a year- one family with two girls (9 and 14), and another family with one boy with Down syndrome (8). I started watching kids at 14 years old and I realized how much I enjoy being around kids, and how easily and naturally I connect with them. I know they are someone's child, they are someone's whole world, and it's such an honor to Read more be a small part of their lives, even for a brief period of time. It is a huge responsibility, but also rewarding and a lot of fun. My favorite activities to do with kids are going on field trips, baking cookies, doing art projects, playing kickball, swimming and anything active and engaging with the kids. I love getting to know the kids and doing activities that they love. I have a driver's license and a safe car for children (Honda CRV) so I can bring the kids to practices, appointments or run errands. Additionally, I can cook and love doing it in fact, I have a dessert baking business on the side. Lastly, I will gladly help clean around the house- do laundry, the dishes, and whatever needed. I also love dogs so I am completely comfortable with them; however, I am allergic to cats. Please feel free to message me with any questions! I am so excited for the idea of being a summer nanny/babysitter! Thank you, Savannah
