I AM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE NEEDING A SITTER DURING THE SUMMER. I PREFER A FULLTIME JOB BUT WILL TAKE A PART TIME JOB OR SEVERAL HOURLY JOBS THROUGHOUT THE WEEK. I CHARGE A MINIMUM OF $10/HR (TIPPING APPRECIATED). I'M VERY RELIABLE!!!   I work in the Wichita Public Schools and am looking for childcare jobs to fill my vacant time. I was a church nursery director for 5+ years. I have been babysitting for approx. 35 years and before that I was in some way involved in the church nursery. I have several families that I regularly sit for and love every minute of it. I don't consider it a "job" because I enjoy it too much. I have an almost 20 yr old daughter that now lives on her own. Since I work in the WPS I have the summer off, Spring Break, at least a week off for Read more Christmas Break, snow days when applicable and various holidays. If the schools are having inservice I am required to be there, therefore, I am not available to babysit on inservice days. I currently work in 2 church nurseries, 1 as a regular sub and the other regularly on Wed and Sun pm. I am willing to travel anywhere in Wichita and the surrounding area, not just the 67226 area. My availability is different every week and has the ability to change at any moment. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I look forward to meeting you and your family. I do provide overnight care during the weekend or if you have school-aged children I have dropped kids off at their school on the way to mine and I pick them up after their school day is over, should it work out on both ends. I charge $12/hr for overnite sitting, even during sleeping hours, as I still am responsible for them while they sleep. I require 3 hrs minimum of pay for childcare, even if you don't use me all 3 hrs. If I need to transport kids I do ask for extra gas money.
