Cindy showed up for a total of one weeks work for a three week period of having her employed with us. There were several days she missed and two she was a no call no show. When asked several times if she would be coming to work She responded “absolutely,” never showing up. Conversations can be deceiving. Her reliability and trust worthiness are very poor. She did not put in her two weeks notice. I had to ask her if she was coming back for her to tell me she quit after two days of excuses and not showing up. I even asked her if she still wanted the job multiple times and she would continue to say yes. I think she is unable to handle younger children. Every time I text her and asked what they were doing that day she always responded watching a movie. My children are not movie kids. They need activities and exercise. I have a 21 month old and a 3 year old. She is use to school aged children not a good fit for a full time nanny! I am also chasing down money I over paid her for a week because it had slipped my mind she didn’t work one of the days because she called in.
