Hello! My name is Kayla Brown, but I go by Kay. I'm twenty-four years old. I have worked for several families over the years, short-term. I have around 26 younger family members, ranging in ages from one year, to fifteen years old. I have PLENTY of experience with kids. I have no children of my own, but hope to some day. I had a full-ride art scholarship to an institute in Ohio, but chose to pass it up because I wanted to work with children more. So I love to do anything arts and crafts, as well as plenty of outdoor activities. I love being around children of all ages, and have been told I have a gift when it comes to caring for them. They seem to take a liking to me fairly quickly as well. I love music, and it is a big part of my life. I read a lot to children as well, and like to encourage them to participate in activities that don't have anything to do with television, or any kind of technology in general (unless it is educational). I am very patient, kind, tolerant, I am not easily flustered, and I will always care for your children as if they were my own. I clean, do laundry, and cook meals. I use organic products, and am all about healthy eating and peaceful living. I encourage children to love themselves, and others. I have had experience in caring for all ages, and I am CPR-certified.
