I am a single mother of 4 girls, the oldest soon to be 26. My twins, soon to be 20, are students in college and my 17-year-old is in H.S., of course. I am now raising my 4-year-old grandson and that's a new adventure everyday, to say the least. I've lived in Kentucky now for 8 years. Prior to that I was a very long time resident of Northern Virginia, Fairfax Co. a small town called Reston. I was born in Brooklyn. My plan out of HS was to be a Criminal Lawyer. Unfortunately, God had other plans for me. I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erothomatosis, and was unable to work in the work force at all. So finding work at home was my only source of income! I have always been surrounded by children, God's most precious gifts. I'm actually now getting to head the nursery at my Read more church. My mother would be proud.
