I’m a 67 year old grandmother of 3 grandsons, ages 25, 23, and 13 year old. I retired fromCentral Baptist Hospital after 33 years of service. I started in the Coronary Care Unit as a telemetry technician monitoring patient hearts for 10 years, then I transferred to Pharmacy as as technician for 10 years and finally I transferred to Community Education as a Administrative Assistant for 13 years then retired. After 6 months of not working I was hired by Fayette County Schools as a substitute teacher. I worked their for one year then went to Lexington Baptist Temple Daycare and worked as an Administrative Assistant and part time teacher. I continued my education and went to Morehead University to get my Child Development Associate Certificate. After four and a half years working at this daycare it closed.
