Hi! I'm Jessie, and I am a 24 year old doctoral graduate student in a Clinical Psychology Program with an emphasis in Child, Adolescent, and Family Psychology. I have been working in child care from early adolescence, as I began sitting at 12 years old. I have cared for children ranging in age from infancy to 13 years old and of various cognitive abilities. I have experience cooking, cleaning, and caring for children as a nanny, as well as experience as a 'date night' sitter and a tutor. My previous work as a lifeguard and swim lesson instructor as gave me unique experience in working with children, as well as specialized training in emergency situations. I have always loved working with children and plan to continue to do so in my career. Once I receive my doctorate, I will continue to work with children and families as a clinical psychologist. Jessie took care of our dog and 2 cats while we were out of town. Our pets are older and 'high maintenance' (medicine, special care, etc). Jessie did an excellent job taking care of our furry darlings. She gave them much love and attention. We were grateful to find such a caring sitter and will definitely use her again.
