Hello, My name is Sara. Here's just little info about me... I currently work as a Medical Assistant at Baptist Hospital East. Before this job, I was a Nursing Assistant (and was able to have opportunities to work on a Mother/Baby Unit). I am CPR certified and have 4 years of experience in the medical field. During the summers of high school and my college freshman year, I was a nanny for two children on weekdays while I worked on the weekends for a movie theater. As for babysitting, I have approximately 10 years of experience that ranges from watching family/friend's children, volunteer work and watching kids at church. My high school previously had me volunteering to babysit for the parents of the PTA meetings. I also volunteered for the local pregnancy center which the volunteering usually involved providing childcare for patients. My favorite experience of all of my volunteering Read more was working as a unit volunteer for Kosair's Children's Hospital. I brought snacks, played games, brought gifts to the children on my designated unit. The most special part of doing this volunteer work was holding and loving on the infants who didn't have families. A little more person info about me... First of all, I love kids! They are such a joy to be around and I love being able to care for them. Also, volunteering and the medical field are two of my biggest passions, which may already be obvious. I am a non-smoker with a clean driving record. I love to laugh and consider myself to be much of an optimist. Family is extremely important to me. I am currently applying to Grad School for Social Work. Most people would consider me to be very responsible and easy to work with.
