I am 19 years old, responsible and hard working,grew up in daycare, and have been helping with young children ( through volunteer work, family, babysitting) since middle school. I love working with children because it's rewarding to see them progress, have fun, seeing their creativity, and gain confidence by achieving things for the first time. I have five years experience working with kids ranging from nursery to elementary age. I gained experience through volunteering at Vacation Bible School and leading different groups of kids from two to six years old multiple years. I also assisted in the same church's nursery from time to time, occasionally watching my neighbors elementary aged children while she ran errands, and worked with a friend babysitting a three and five year old one summer, helping the five year old prepare somewhat for her first year of school.
