Hi my name is Carmen and I a 28 year old Nashville native. I grew up playing multiple sports and as a result, like to stay active in my free time. I graduated from Lipscomb University with a BS in Exercise Science with a certificate in dietetics, and am currently working towards my Masters in Exercise and Nutrition Science. I am a newly wed and currently a part-time Dietitian consultant for a hospital in Franklin. To supplement our income I love to take care of children. I have been a child care provider/babysitter for over 13 years and am Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certified. I started babysitting when I was 14 for multiple families after completing the American Red Cross and YMCA baby sitting training program. Over the last 10 years, I have worked in nurseries, summer camps, and provided multiple families with in-home child care. I truly enjoy Read more and love being around children. I cannot say enough good things about Carmen!! She responded to me immediately and was able to help me out, even though it was short notice. She did not disappoint! The first time she walked in she immediately engaged the kids and made them feel comfortable. She even brought them a few little treats! I felt comfortable leaving knowing my kids were in good hands. She is such a sweet and delightful person and my kids absolutely love her! We have used her a few times already and plan on using her a lot more in the upcoming months. I highly recommend her, she is truly an asset to our family and I am so glad we found her. Thanks so much Carmen!

Carmen is truly a gem. She is smart, kind, resourceful and motivated. She babysat for our 3 children while we were visiting New Orleans and thought of every detail to make us relax and enjoy our time. She even offered to pick up some library books to help entertain my kids. She follows directions incredibly well and is just the right balance of firm and kind for my kids. We have loads of allergy and medical issues and she handled them all with grace and calm. We trusted her completely and I give her my highest recommendation. We might plan another visit to NOLA since we have a great babysitter there!
