I will be graduating from ULL in May 2018 with a BS in Elementary Education and an add-on certification in library science. I am currently student teaching at LeBlanc Elementary in Abbeville, LA. Being a teacher requires me to work with students with many different learning abilities and assess students when they are having conceptual problems while learning. Being with 40+ students keeps me busy during the day and I love it! At home, I have a 3-year-old little girl that keeps me busy and I take care of my home. I love being a soon-to-be educator, but being a mom is my priority and my favorite job. I have been with my fiance for almost six years and love him to pieces. Caring for my own child has made me prepared for almost anything! I also have experience watching my nephews who are 7, 8, and 2.
