At 20 years old, I already have almost 8 years of childcare experience under my belt - growing up on Air Force bases, the demand for babysitters was high, and I was called to arms at the young age of 12. Since then, I've had the opportunity to work with kids and families from many backgrounds, with a variety of needs. I have experience with newborns to middle schoolers, large groups of children at parties and events, special needs children and service animals. I've gone through Red Cross Babysitter's Training and Children's First Aid and CPR, and have volunteered my time with infants and preschoolers at the Osan Air Force Base Child Development Center. I love to cook for and with kids, and if needed can prepare meals suited to special diets. Maybe most importantly, I have a genuine love for children. I really enjoy teaching and spending time with Read more kids, whether it's crazy outside playtime, quiet reading, or a game of pretend. I believe my responsibilities as a sitter go beyond making sure bedtime is enforced to nurturing children's imaginations and fostering their growth. I'm down to run around in the sprinklers and eat pretend 5-course meals, but I can also patch up a scraped knee or de-escalate sibling conflicts.
