Hi, My name is Mary. I am a kindergarten teacher during the school year who loves to babysit on breaks. I do not have my own kids yet, so I have time when I'm off of school that I enjoy spending with other people's kids. I have babysat for the past 18 years and taught elementary school for the past 8. I have babysat and taught children from birth to age 13 and have some experience with children who have Aspergers and autism. I just finished my master's in early childhood education. I am pretty active and encourage children to move and play outside games, but am flexible. I am full of ideas for how to do art and science projects and love getting messy and hands-on for the sake of learning, creating, and discovering (don't worry, I clean up). I can cook and welcome child help with preparing food Read more safely. I love animals and even have a class rabbit who lives at my house over the summer so pets are no problem.
