Shasmere worked a temporary nanny job for us for 1.5 months. Our kids are 2 1/2 - 4 1/2 (and not low maintenance). They LOVE her and ask for her to come back all the time. Shasmere is fun, creative and really loves to play with kids. Her personality is calm and upbeat which rubs off of the kids. She is very kind and gentle with them but also able to redirect them when necessary. (We know this b/c we work from home sometimes). She is also extremely professional and reliable – always showed up early and called early the one time she was ill. If we still needed a nanny we would certainly hire her and we will continue to have her babysit.
