I used to work for a daycare. Older children picked up from school and took back to the daycare, helped with homework, gave snacks, monitered while playing outside, took to field trips when they were scheduled and wait for parents to pick up at the end of the day; had special training on the weekends for childcare at different locations scheduled by state.
