I started babysitting at a young age. For 15 years, I've been a babysitter, nanny, and after school caregiver from one tiny baby to four hyper kids of all ages. I've changed many diapers, played in the sand box, given baths before bedtime, helped with homework questions, etc. One thing is for certain, all kids are unique in their own way, but they all need a healthy dose of love and undivided attention. I do my best for the kids but also for the parents - to put them at ease knowing their children are taken care of while they're away.
