I am the oldest child of my siblings. I watched my younger sister when we were kids, so I learned at an early age what "babysitting" was all about. When I was 15 I started watching my neighbors children who were 2 and 5 at the time. I still watch them on occasions, even 5 years later. Around the same year, I was asked to go on a trip to gulf shores with a family that just had a newborn. She was 6 weeks old at the time and my duties were to stay at the condo with her while everyone was out for the day. At 6 weeks old, it was a piece of cake for me. My friends that just had little ones always ask me to sit for them. I've also worked at a summer camp. I was assigned to work with the youngest age group which Read more is 4 and 5 year olds. As you can see I have quite a bit of experience with a variety of age groups and at least 5 years experience not only as a sitter but also a "Nanny".
