Im 42 years old and have been married for almost 6 yrs this December. One of my first jobs I had at 14 yrs old was babysitting at my Church . I decided at the age of 21 to go to Lamar Salter Technical College and then pursed a diploma in Early Childhood Education , after completing I worked for almost a year in 1995 at Beaurgard Memorial Hospital in the Day Care Facility. They closed down that September due to high cost of keeping it up to date. I had my very own day care in my home for 6 children from birth to age 3 from 1996-1999. I was overwhelmed at this time from working 2 jobs and then went onto college at LSUA of Alexandria pursueing a degree in Nursing. However I didn't finish and moved back to my home town DeRidder and became a CNA. I Read more have many years of experience in children along with having loads of nieces and nephews and also Identical twin girls , my great nieces who live in Mississippi. I am currently working Pedia Trust a daycare for medical fragile children here in Lake Charles as a CNA. Im working only PRN now for the time being . I am currently CPR certified and have 5 yrs experience in wound care and patients on ventillators along with peg tubes.
