I am a senior college student here at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. I have no children of my own but I do have a niece that's just like my own. I have volunteered at day cares during the summer while in high school and I currently am employed as a youth support specialist where I work with children suffering from mental as well as behavioral problems. I do have my CNA certification and I feel I am very qualified for this position because I can mentor children, help to develop social skills, as well as care for them in a clean, well-planned, and positive environment.
